2 lbs chuck steak cut into 1" cubes
2 tbsp fat
1 clove garlic, minced
4 small onions minced fine
3 green peppers cut into 1/2 cubes
2 to 3 tsp all spice
1/2 tsp paprika
1 1/2 to 2 cups water
1 can tomato paste
salt & pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Brown meat in fat. Add onions & garlic, brown until golden, Add peppers, water, tomato paste, all spice, paprika, pepper and salt.
Cover and simmer 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
Thicken sauce if required with flour and water mixture.
Serve with rye bread and butter.
