2 c. self-rising corn meal
3/4 c. flour
1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 small onions
2/3 c. buttermilk

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients and drop by spoonful into deep fat fryer. Cook until golden brown on both sides.
