1 large head lettuce, cut up
1 cucumber, chopped
1 medium purple onion, thinly sliced
1 can kidney beans, drained and washed
1 small bottle Catalina dressing
1 bell pepper, cut in thin strips
1 small pkg. radishes, sliced
1/4 head purple cabbage, thinly sliced
1 small pkg. Fritos, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Wash and drain all vegetables. Toss all cut, sliced and shopped vegetables together. Add kidney beans. Just before serving, add crushed Fritos and pour dressing over Fritos. Toss. Gets soggy if left over.
