1 pkg. yellow or white cake mix
1 c. orange juice
1/2 c. cooking oil
1 box pistachio instant pudding
4 eggs
1/2 - 3/4 c. chocolate syrup

Directions:
Directions:
1. Beat cake mix, orange juice,oil and pudding for 2 minutes at medium speed. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition.
2. Pour 2/3 of batter into well greased tube pan. Add chocolate syrup to last 1/3 of batter; mix well. Pour it over the batter in cake pan; run a knife through the batter to make swirls.
3. Bake at 350 for 1 hour and 5 minutes. Cool in pan for 10 minutes. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar or serve with Cool whip or cream.
