2 egg whites
4 tbsp. sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Place egg whites and sugar in a clean mixing bowl. Beat eggs whites with mixer on high speed until stiff peeks form. Spread meringue over pie when it comes out of the oven making sure to spread the meringue to the edge of the filling. Return the pie to the oven until the meringue is light brown (about 10-15 minutes).
