1 cup flour1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder
2 eggs
1/3 cup milk
1 can(15oz) whole kernel corn,drained
1 tbsp butter, melted
oil for deep frying
Confectioners sugar
maple syrup, warmed

Combine flour and baking powder,set aside
In another bowl, beat eggs and milk
stir in corn and butter
Stir into dry ingredients just until blended
heat oil to 375 degrees
drop batter by heaping teaspoonfuls into hot oil, fry 2-3 min until golden brown
dust with sugar and serve with warm syrup
