3 cups warm water
1 Tbsp yeast –let it “bubble”
6 cups flour –add more as needed
1 Tbsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Let rise until doubled in size. Divide in half, place on greased cookie sheet and let it rise. Bake at 400 degrees for about 15 min or 350 degrees for 20 minutes.

This is a heavy bread, best if eaten while still hot. It also makes great toast.
