"I have long believed that good food, good eating is all about risk. Whether we're talking about unpasteurized Stilton, raw oysters or working for organized crime 'associates,' food, for me, has always been an adventure."--Anthony Bourdain
This recipe for Pizza Dough, by Cindy Calder Rose, is from Calder Cuisine,

families or individuals create heirloom cookbook treasures.
2 tsp. yeast 1 c. water, heated until warm 1 T. sugar 3 c. flour 1 tsp. salt 2 T. olive oil cornmeal
Place yeast, warm water, and sugar in the bowl of an electric mixer. Let sit until yeast is bubbly and dissovled. Add all other ingredients. Mix with dough until ingredients are combined and dough leaves the sides of the bowl (approx. 3 minutes). Let dough rise until doubles in size (approx. 1 hour). Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Punch dough down, then roll out on a floured surface into desired shape. Sprinkle a little cornmeal on pizza pan or stone before placing dough to avoid sticking. Spread your favorite pizza sauce and toppings on dough. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes or until cheese melts and is bubbly.
