Slice onion and put on bottom of jar along with 1 dill. Can slice cucumbers lengthwise, but not necessary.
2 c. sugar
3 c. white vinegar
1 c. water
1/2 c. coarse salt

Directions:
Directions:
Boil and pour brine over cucumbers. Seal. Ready in two weeks.
