1/2 c. butter
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 c. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sour milk or buttermilk
1 egg
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c chopped rhubarb, floured
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1/4 c.butter or margarine

Directions:
Directions:
Cream butter and sugar. Add egg & beat well. Sift dry ingredients, add alternately with milk to cream the mixture. Gently blend in rhubarb(chopped), and vanilla. Pour into 9x13 in. pan. Mix the remaining 1/2 c. sugar until crumbly. Sprinkle over batter. Bake in Moderate oven at 350F for 35 to 45 Mins.
