2 cups crushed cornflakes
3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 (4 oz.) pkg. ranch salad dressing mix
6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/4 cup melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400. Spray a 9x13 baking dish with vegetable oil spray. In a shallow dish or pan, stir together the cornflakes, Parmesan cheese and ranch dressing mix. Dip chicken in the melted butter and dredge through the cornflakes mixture. Place the chicken pieces in the prepared dish, reduce oven temperature to 375 and bake for 20 minutes or until the coating is crisp and the chicken is cooked through.
