2 cups sour cream 2 Tbsp. lemon juice 1 banana, diced 1/2 cup sugar 1 can fruit cocktail, drained 1/2 cup Cool Whip 1/2 cup chopped pecans Maraschino cherries
Mix all of the above ingredients well. Freeze in muffin tins lined with cupcake liners. Top with a cherry. Remove about 5 minutes before serving. This will make 15-20 cupcakes depending on the size of your muffin tins.
