1/2-3/4 c sugar
2 T. cocoa
1/2 c. skim milk

1 c. brown sugar (I do not pack it)
1 3/4 c. hot water

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350. Sift together flour, baking powder, sugar and cocoa. Stir in the milk, oil, and walnuts. Spread in a 9 inch square unoiled baking dish. Prepare topping by combining cocoa and brown sugar then sprinkling over batter. Pour hot water over entire batter and topping. Bake 45 minutes.
During the baking the cake mixture rises to the top and the chocolate sauce settles to the bottom. Invert square of pudding on dessert plates and then spoon sauce from pan over top.

Note: This is very low fat but it does have plenty of sugar, so the serving sizes are small. I'm not sure I ever really get 12 servings.
