Ingredients:  
2 large cans Pork & Beans (29 oz. each)
1 large can pineapple (either crushed or chunk)
1/2 lb. diced ham
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 T. finely chopped onions

Mix all ingredients together and bake 1 hour at 325

When the children were young we tried to give them a turn on occasions to cook dinner. This was the recipe Matt always chose to cook, hence we called them "Matt's Beans." Of course, in those days we didn't use ham, but substituted either Spam or wieners.
