3/4 cup sugar
2 tablespoon cold water
1 unbeaten egg white
pinch salt
1 teaspoon syrup of any kind
1/8 teaspoon cream of tarter
1/2 teaspoon vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Place all ingredients in list down to and including cream of tarter, into a double boiler over boiling water. Beat until mixture will hold peaks. Add the vanilla and continue beating until thick and cool enough to spread.
