6 boneless pork chops
garlic salt and pepper
1-1/2 cup sliced mushroom
1 cup cooking wine
1 pkg pork gravy mix (prepare according to directions and set aside)
olive oil

Directions:
Directions:
Tenderize chops with a meat mallet and season with garlic salt and pepper. Saute in a small amount of oil until light golden brown. Raise the heat to medium high. Add mushrooms. After about 10 seconds reduce the heat to normal and pour the wine over the mixture and cook until there is just a very small amount of moisture in the bottom of the pan. Pour the gravy over the chops and cook about 4 mins.
