7 oz. Pure Almond Paste
7 oz. Sugar
7 oz. Butter, softened
3 Eggs
1/2 c. Cake Flour
1/8 tsp. Salt

Directions:
Directions:
Blend almond paste, sugar and salt thoroughly on slow speed of mixer. Add butter gradually until well mixed. Add eggs, one at a time. Fold in flour, by hand, until just blended. Grease and flour a 10-inch pan and pour in batter. Bake at 325 for 40 minutes or until done. Frost with chocolate frosting.
