3 lbs chicken breasts, cubed
5 jalapenos, diced
˝ tsp. ginger
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. sage
1 tsp. cumin
1 tsp. cayenne pepper
1 ˝ sticks of butter
2 bunches green onions
2 yellow peppers, diced
2 red peppers, diced
2 garlic cloves
˝ cup flour
2 small packages frozen corn
6 lbs northern beans
4 cups chicken broth
1 cup cream

Cut up chicken into cubes and mix with jalapenos, ginger, salt, sage, cumin and cayenne. Heat 4 tsp butter in skillet and cook chicken mixture. Sauté onions, peppers and garlic in stock pot with rest of butter. Mix flour & chicken well and add to the veggie mix and simmer. Then add all remaining ingredients to pot and simmer.

Personal Notes:
I found that the chicken fingers work well instead of chicken breasts as they are usually more tender as well easier to cut up. You can also use a rotisserie chicken for an easier variation.
