4 1/2 c. corn flakes
(rice krispies and special K also work)
1 c. Angel Flake coconut (for a healthier version,
substitute ground flax seed in place of coconut)
1 c. nuts
1/2 c sugar
1 c. white corn syrup
1 c. peanut butter

Directions:
Directions:
Mix flakes, coconut (or flax seed), and nuts together. Bring sugar and syrup to a boil, then add peanut butter. Pour over cereal mixture. Mix well. Drop by teaspoons on waxed paper.
