1-1/2 to 2 lbs top round steak 2 beaten eggs 2 T milk 1 cup bread crumbs garlic salt pepper
Have the butcher tenderize the steak or pound it with a meat mallet tenderizer. Season the meat with garlic salt on both sides and cut into serving pieces. Mix the beaten egg and milk together. Dip the meat in the above mixture and then the bread crumbs. Brown on both sides.
