2-1/2 cups macaroni 1 lb shrimp or crab 1 small onion finely minced 1 tsp parsley 1 cup green peppers and slivered 2'' lengths 1 cup red peppers and slivered 2'' lengths 1 T vinegrette dressing 3 hard boiled eggs mayonaise
Boil macaroni in lightly salted water and drain. When pasta is cooked toss with vinegrette dressing, add all other ingredients and mayonnaise.
