1 cup finely crushed dried coconut macaroon crumbs
2 egg whites
1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup powdered sugar
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 tsp vanilla
1/2 tsp almond extract

Directions:
Directions:
Add salt to eggs whites and beat until stiff foam. Then add sugar a teaspoon at a time until it is all added, beating between additions. The mixture will get very stiff and hard to beat.
Whip the heavy cream until the beaters leave tracks. Fold the cream into the egg whites. Add vanilla and almond extract and mix well. Fold in macaroons. Pour into refrigerator tray and freeze until solid. 6-8 hours
