1 cup butter
1 tsp almond extract
1 Tbs Kahlua liqueur
1/2 tsp salt
2/3 cup sugar
2 cups flour
1 cup macadamia nuts, chopped
Powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Blend butter, extract, Kahlua, salt and sugar well. Mix flour, then macadamia nut into blended mixture. Press dough onto ungreased cookie sheet in an oblong shape or into a 15" x 10" jelly roll pan and bake at 350F for 15-20 minutes. Cut into squares while still warm and sprinkle with powdered sugar. Make up to 40 squares depending on how you cut it.
