1 1/2 pounds of ground beef
3/4 c milk
2 eggs
1 1/2 tsp salt
1 tbls worchestershire sauce
1/4 tsp pepper
1 pkg lipton onion soup mix
3/4 c crushed ritz crackers
1/4 c brown sugar
1/2 c ketchup

Directions:
Directions:
preheat oven to 350 degrees.lightly grease loaf pan
In a bowl thoroughly mix everything except the brown sugar and ketchup.
shape into loaf and put in loaf pan.
press brown sugar on top of meat loaf then ketchuo on brown sugar.
bake for 1 hour or until juices are clear.

I double the brown sugar and the ketchup.I put half in bottom of loaf pan then the other half on top.
