1 pie crust baked (store bought pie shell)
2 - (1oz) squares unsweetened chocolate.
1/2 c. butter
3/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 3/4 c. frozen whip cream thawed
3/4 c whipping cream
2 T powdered sugar

Directions:
Bake the pie crust until golden brown. Prepare CHOCOLATE FILLING: Place the chocolate squares in a double boiler, bring water to a boil and then reduce the heat to low. Cook the chocolate until it melts. Cool the chocolate. Cream the butter and gradually add sugar. Beat the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Stir in the chocolate and add 1 egg at a time (beat 5 minutes after adding each egg. Fold in the 1 3/4 c of whipping cream and spoon into pie shell. (chill for 2 hrs). TOPPING: After the pie has chilled, beat the 3/4 c whipping cream until foamy and gradually add powdered sugar and beat until soft peaks form. Spread on top of pie.
