2 pkg. chicken ramen 1 lb. chicken cooked and diced 1 c. chopped onion 1 tbsp. olive oil 1 tbsp. soy sauce 1 1/2 c. frozen peas and carrots
Saute onion in oil, soy sauce, and both seasoning packets. Cook noodles according to package. Cook peas and carrots. Add noodles, veggies and chicken to onions; stir and heat through. Season with additional soy sauce as desired.
