Leftover beef roast, potatoes, carrots, and onions.

Directions:
Directions:
Use a food processor to grind the meat first, then
grind the potatoes, followed by the carrots, and finally the onions. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and cook on a non-stick griddle. Turn a few times until browned to your taste.

We made this one time when Wesley was in Fargo for a Dr. visit and Brian came out for supper. He was a little concerned about what "Hash" might be but he thought it was OK.
