1 lb box graham crackers
2 small packages vanilla instant pudding
3 1/2 cup milk
1- 8 oz container cool whip
4 individual packages of Nestle Choco Bake
4 tsp Light Karo syrup
4 tsp vanilla
6 tbsp butter
6 tbsp milk
3 cups powdered sugar

Directions:
Butter bottom of 13x9 pan. Link graham crackers in layer on bottom (covering the bottom of the pan). Mix pudding and milk and beat 2 mins. Blend in cool whip. Pour half of the pudding mixture on top of crackers. Add another layer of crackers and the rest of the pudding. Top with final layer of crackers. Refrigerate for 2 hours.

Mix Nestle Choco Bake, light Karo syrup, vanilla, butter, milk and powdered sugar. Whip until smooth. Top with chocolate.
