1 1/2 lb. hamburger
1 (4 oz.) can green chilies (or Ro-Tel tomatoes)
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 (8 oz.) pkg. plain tortilla chips
1 (5.3 oz.) can evaporated milk
1 c. grated cheddar cheese
1 onion, chopped
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (10 oz.) can enchilada sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Brown hamburger and onion in skillet; drain. Add all the other ingredients, except the cheese, to the meat. Pour into a 9 X 13-inch greased baking dish. Top with graded cheese and bake for 250 minutes at 350.
