6 T. Flour
1 tsp. Salt
1/8 tsp. Pepper
1 1/2 c. well-seasoned Chicken Broth
1 c. Half & Half
2 c. Chicken, cooked and cut up
2 T. Sherry, optional
1 c. Mushrooms, sliced
1 small jar Pimiento, diced

Melt butter; add flour, salt & pepper. Cook until bubbling. Remove from heat and stir in the broth and half & half. Bring to a boil, stirring constantly. Lower heat. Stir in chicken, sherry, mushrooms and pimiento. Keep warm to serve.

Serve this over hot baking powder biscuits, rice or noodles. We prefer biscuits. This is a rich creamy creamed chicken! Can be kept warm in crock pot. Easy meal for entertaining. I like to serve this with frozen peas and jellied cranberry or cranberry salad.
