Banana Cake Recipe

2 c. sugar
5/8 c. butter
3 eggs
12 oz. mashed bananas
4 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
2 1/4 tbsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. soda
1/8 c. dry milk
1/3 water
1 c. walnuts

Cream sugar and butter.
Add eggs and bananas to creamed mixture. Mix well.
Combine dry ingredients in a separate container.
Add dry ingredients alternately with water on low speed
Add walnuts and mix on medium speed for 2-3 mins.
Bake at 325 for 20-25 mins.
Top with whipped topping if desired.
