1 1/2 cups flour
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 cup butter
1 pkg (8 oz) cream cheese
1 Tbs milk
1 Tbs sugar
1 egg yolk
1 can (12 oz) pastry filling, any flavor
Confectioners' sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Sift flour and baking powder. Set aside. Cream butter, cheese, milk and sugar. Add egg yolk. Add flour mixture. Pat into a smooth dough. Roll out 1/4 inch thick and cut with cookie cutter or glass into 2 inch rounds. Place on cookie sheet and make a depression with thumb in the center of each. Fill with 1 teaspoon of filling. Bake at 400F for 10-12 minutes. Sprinkle with confectioners' sugar before serving.
