1 onion finely chopped
1 cucumber peeled and chopped fine
1/2 green pepper chopped fine
dash tabasco
4 Tablespoons oil
6 teaspoons wine vineger
2 cans tomatoes, diced with juice
salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients. Let stand in refigerator several hours before serving. Serve cold.
