1 1/2 cups brown sugar
2/3 cup salad oil
1 egg
2 1/2 cup flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp soda mixed with 1 cup sour milk/buttermilk
1 1/2 cup finely diced rhubarb

1/2 cup sugar
1 T butter
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Grease well 3 small loaf pans. Mix and pour batter into pans evenly. Mix topping and spread over batter. Bake about 45 minutes at 325 .
