12 medium sweet red peppers, coarsely chopped
12 medium sweet green peppers, coarsely chopped
12 medium onions, coarsely chopped
1 pint vinegar
3 cups sugar
2 Tbs coarse salt

Directions:
Directions:
Place peppers and onions in saucepan. Cover with boiling water; let stand 5 minutes. Drain, cover again with boiling water; let stand 10 minutes more. Drain well. Add vinegar, sugar and salt. Bring to a boil; cook 15-20 minutes at low boiling point. Ladle into hot, sterilized jars; seal. Process in boiling water bath for 15 minutes. Contains only 16 calories per tablespoon. Makes 6 pints.
