1 ( 4 to 5 pound) beef chuck roast
1 envelope dried Italian salad dressing mix
1 envelope au jus mix
3 c. beef broth
1 1/2 c. dry white wine
1 c. water
butter
crusty hard rolls or sub rolls

Directions:
Directions:
Spray crockpot with cooking spray to make clean up easier. Place beef roast into pot. Sprinkle dry ingredients over roast and then pour broth, wine and water over top. Turn on low and cook for 8 to 10 hours or cook on high for 4 to 6 hours. Roast will be falling apart. Shred beef. Serve on buttered hard rolls with the extra juice for dipping.
