1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. Wesson canola oil
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. pepper
tsp celery seed
1 onion sliced thin
1 cucumber sliced thin

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together sugar, vinegar, oil, salt, pepper and celery seed. Boil just until the sugar dissolves about 1 or 2 minutes. Pour over the cucumber and onions. Store in refrigerator. The longer it sits the better.
