1 c. self-rising corn meal 2 T. sugar 1 c. grated cheddar cheese 1 large onion, chopped 2 eggs, beaten 1 to 2 hot peppers (to taste) 1/2 c. self-rising flour 1 tsp. salt 2/3 c. cooking oil 3/4 c. milk 1 can (small) cream style yellow corn
Mix all ingredients and bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 400º
