4 c. milk
1 egg, well beaten
1 pkg. of vanilla flavor pudding and pie filling (not instant)
1 c. dry instant rice
1/4 c. raisins (optional)
1/4 tsp. cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Gradually stir milk,egg and pudding mix in medium saucepan. Add rice and raisins. Stir over medium heat until mixture just comes to a boil. Pour into a serving bowl. Serve warm or cold sprinkled with cinnamon.
