1 (12oz) package vanilla wafers OR 3 1/3
crushed
1 (1 lb) box powered sugar
1 stick margarine softened
1 (6oz) can orange juice concentrate frozen

Optional: flaked coconut or finely chopped nuts

Directions:
Directions:
Crush wafers very fine then add remaining ingredients and mix well. Using hands form into about 1/2" to 1" balls. Roll in coconut or nuts, if desired.
Place on cookie sheet and place in freezer until set. Eat them out of the freezer for a great refreshing treat in the summer. Or leave some out and eat warm.
