3 Eggs
1 3/4 Cup Sugar
2 Cups Flour
1 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Vanilla
1 Cup Salad Oil
4 Apples Sliced & Diced
1 Cup Chopped Walnuts
1/2 tsp Cinnamon

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all ingredients except apples and nuts. Do not beat, just stir together well, after mixing. Add apples and half of the nuts. Pour into greased and floured pan (9x13) and sprinkle remaining nuts on top. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes to one hour.

When done, sprinkle with powdered sugar.

If using glass pan, turn oven to 325. Do not preheat the oven.

This is also known as a "dump cake." I prefer to cut the apples a little larger. I like that texture.
