1 pkg. Oreo's - crush
1 stick of butter - melted
Mix these two together and pat them into a 9x13-inch pan. Let sit for an hour.

1/2 gallon vanilla ice cream - on top of Oreo's
1 pkg. of salted Spanish peanuts
Put these now in the freezer for 1 hour

Frosting:
2 c. powdered sugar
2/3 c. chocolate chips
1 can evaporated milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. butter

Melt all ingredients together; bring to a boil while stirring constantly. Let set for a while and pour on top of Spanish peanuts - put back in freezer.
