1 lb. lean ground beef
1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
1 (16 oz.) can refried beans
1 (11 oz.) can nacho cheese soup
1 c. shredded Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 c. pitted black olives, chopped
1 c. sour cream
Round corn tortilla chips

Directions:
Directions:
Brown ground beef, Drain off fat; add taco seasoning mix. In bottom of casserole, spread beans. Cover with beef mixture. Pour soup over meat to within 1 inch of edge of dish. Sprinkle with cheese and then olives. Cook in microwave on high for 15 minutes or until cheese melts and mixture is bubbly. Place sour cream on the side and serve with tortilla chips.
