3 c. milk
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. potato flakes
1 T. salt
1/2 c. butter, softened
4 eggs, beaten
2 T. yeast
7 c. flour

Directions:
Directions:
Heat milk in microwave about 6 minutes, or till skin starts to form on top. While milk is heating, put sugar, potato flakes, salt and butter in mixing bowl. Pour hot milk over ingredients and let cool 10 minutes. Then add eggs, yeast and 1 cup flour. Mix well. Slowly add remainder of flour till dough begins to clean sides of bowl. Let knead 5 minutes. Put dough in large bowl and rise 1 to 1 1/2 hours. Take half of the dough out and roll onto pastry sheet. Form rolls. Repeat with other half. Rise 2-3 hours. Bake 8-10 minutes at 375.
