3 shallots,
3 tbsp garlic,
Hoisin,
Oyster Sauce,
1 Pork Loin

Directions:
Directions:
Put shallots and garlic in a blender, cover with Hoisin sauce, add equal amount of Oyster sauce and blend. Cover pork loin and marinade for 2 hours (longer if you can). Place on water filled broiler pan and bake till done, 400 degrees. Make Laura Lee wash the dishes.
