Lemon Cake Recipe

2 1/4 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. baking powder
1/3 c. dry milk
1/4 c. lemon gelatin
1 c. vegetable oil
1/4 c. butter
3 eggs
1 1/2 c. water
1/4 tbsp. lemon flavor


2 5/8 c. powdered sugar
6oz. bottle lemon juice (not concentrate)

Mix dry ingredients in large mixer bowl, blend on low speed 5 mins.Add oil, butter, eggs, water, and lemon flavor to dry ingredients, mix thoroughly.
Bake in greased and floured 9x12 cake pan at 350 degrees for about 25 mins.
Top with glaze while still warm.

Glaze - Mix ingredients well and drizzle over warm cake.
