2 1/2 - 3 lb. cut up broiler-fryer
1 teaspoon salt
1/4 tsp. pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Put Chicken in stewing kettle and bring to boil quickly. Skim. Reduce heat and gently simmer until tender. When cool, remove from bones and cut into bite-sized pieces. Pour into long baking dish. Cover with broth. Make paste of 2 T. corn starch and 1/4 c. broth or water and stir in chicken. Arrange baking power biscuit on top of chicken mixture and bake 15-20 minutes at 450
