6 bananas, sliced lengthwise
1/2 cup light brown sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter
1/2 cup raisins (optional)
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 Tbsp. brandy

Directions:
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line bottom of heavily buttered shallow casserole dish with half the bananas. Sprinkle with brown sugar and dot with butter. Layer over with half the raisins and half the pecans. Sprinkle with more brown sugar and dot with more butter. Repeat layers with remaining ingredients except brandy. Bake 30 minutes. Pour brandy over all and serve.
