1 can evaporated milk
1 package lemon jello
2 c. boiling water
1c. sugar
Juice and rind of 1 lemon
Pinch salt
2 1/2 c. graham cracker crumbs

Directions:
Directions:
Chill milk for several hours. Dissolve jello in boiling water. Let set and beat till thick... Add sugar, lemon juice, rind, salt. Beat cream until stiff. Combine all. Spread 3/4 crumbs in pan 9 x 13 and pour mixture over, then top with remaining crumbs. Chill.
