2 c. sugar
1/4 c. butter
1 t. vanilla
3/4 c. light corn syrup
2 c. whipping cream

Directions:
Directions:
In a 2 quart glass measuring cup, melt butter. Add sugar, syrup, & cream. Cover with Saran wrap. Microwave at 70% power 8-12 minutes, cooking to hard ball stage (250). Add vanilla. Pour into buttered dish to cool. Once cool and set, turn out and cut. Wrap in Saran wrap or waxed paper.
